Terms of Service
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Drahtzie Marketing OS (the "Service"), operated by Mark Peter Ankucic, ABN 92 479 523 635, trading as Drahtzie ("Drahtzie", "we", "us"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Drahtzie Marketing OS is a chat-based tool for planning, researching and managing marketing work. It uses AI models to answer questions, draft content and, with your approval, take actions in marketing platforms you connect to it. Access is by invitation or arrangement with Drahtzie.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at mark@drahtzie.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
- You must have authority to bind the organisation you use the Service for.
3. Connected platforms
You can connect third-party accounts such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, HubSpot and LinkedIn. By connecting one you confirm you are entitled to grant that access, and that your use of those platforms through the Service complies with their own terms and policies. We only use the access you grant for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations screen, or revoke access in the platform itself.
4. Actions and approvals
Actions that change something outside Drahtzie, such as creating or pausing a campaign, posting content, updating CRM records or sending an email, are shown to you as a preview and only run after you confirm. Once you confirm, the action is carried out in your connected account and you are responsible for it, including any advertising spend it causes. Please check previews carefully.
5. AI-generated output
Output from the Service is generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, including figures, contact details, research and recommendations. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it or publish it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to send spam, or to publish misleading, deceptive or infringing content;
- breach the terms or advertising policies of any connected platform;
- attempt to access another organisation's data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass its access controls;
- use the Service to gather personal information in ways that breach privacy or anti-spam laws.
We may suspend access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service or other users.
7. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the Service, and of output generated for you. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to run the Service for you. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask for your data to be removed through the data deletion page.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and the Drahtzie name remain ours. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third-party services (AI models, advertising platforms, hosting) that we do not control, and features may change or be withdrawn.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or advertising spend, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend access with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia that apply there. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the federal courts of Australia.
