Request deletion of your data

Drahtzie is a private marketing operations tool. If you have connected a Facebook, Instagram or Meta Business account to it, you can ask for the data associated with that account to be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email mark@drahtzie.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Include the Facebook Page name, ad account ID, or the email address you used, so the right records can be identified.
3. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Stored access tokens and the connection between your Meta account and Drahtzie.
• Cached Page, ad account, campaign and performance data pulled from the Meta APIs.
• Any reports, notes or generated content derived from that data.

What is not deleted

• Anything held in your own Meta account. Campaigns, ads and Pages live on Meta's systems — deleting your Drahtzie data does not remove them. Manage those through Meta Business Suite.
• Records that must be retained for legal or accounting obligations, kept only for as long as those obligations require.

Removing access yourself

You can revoke Drahtzie's access at any time without emailing, from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. This stops all future access immediately. To also have stored data erased, send the request above.
