If you choose to connect a Facebook account to Drahtzie using Facebook Login, we receive the following information from Meta Platforms, Inc., only with your permission on Facebook's consent screen:
We use this information to show you the Pages you manage, let you choose which Page Drahtzie works with, display that Page's details inside the app, and report on your Facebook advertising. If you ask Drahtzie to, it can also create and manage ads, ad sets, campaigns and ad creatives (including ones that run as your Page) in your ad account using the permissions you granted. Drahtzie shows you a preview of each of these changes and carries it out only after you confirm. Advertising spend from those ads is charged by Meta to your ad account.
Through Facebook Login we do not read your friends, messages or personal posts, and we do not publish organic posts to your Page's feed.
This information is stored against your organisation's Drahtzie account in our secured database. The access token is held server-side and is never shown in your browser. We do not sell this information or share it with anyone else, and we handle it in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.
We keep this information until you disconnect or ask us to delete it. You can remove it at any time by:
If you choose to connect a Google account to Drahtzie, we receive, only with your permission on Google's consent screen:
We use this only to report on, and (after you confirm each change) manage, the account you selected. Drahtzie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising to you, or share it except as needed to provide the service to you.
Tokens are stored server-side and never shown in your browser. Click Disconnect on the Integrations screen to delete them, or remove Drahtzie at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
If you connect a HubSpot account, we receive an access token and refresh token for your HubSpot account, its portal ID, and the permissions you granted. Drahtzie reads and, after you confirm, updates CRM contacts, companies and deals, and reads tickets and forms, only when you ask for it in chat. The tokens are stored server-side for your organisation, never shown in your browser, and not shared or sold. Disconnect on the Integrations screen deletes our stored copy; to fully revoke access, also uninstall the app in your HubSpot account.
